Bottle pours dark gold with an off-white head. Aroma smells of banana bread, yeast, peaches, and pears. Flavor however only shows banana, yeast, spices, and some noticeable alc. Overall body is pretty heavy for a triple and the carbonation is soft. I wish the nose would have carried through into the flavor and things were under better control. Oh well.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a clear medium golden color with a huge yellow-white head. The aroma was sugary with light notes of orange and lemon and a touch of dry spices. The flavor was dryish and yeasty with notes of candied pear, faint lemon and faint coriander. The finish was long, dry and had a table sugar note. Fairly full bodied. Decent.

04-DEC-2009, bottle, Ulkløbben @Michael. Sweet, yeasty, low bitterness. Not overly complex, a bit too sweet, but still nice drinking.

Not a bad tripel, for the price. Kind of thick with sweet malt and yeast flavors. Definite banana, bread and yeast flavors. Not something to seek out, but not something I would turn down.

12 ounce bottle in Chimay glass. Golden orange with ring. Minimal spice orange honey cardboard aroma. Orange marmalade cardboard slightly medicinal syrupy glue with slight.y spicy gluey alcohol finish. I’ve made extract homebrew tripels that tasted better than this, and I only made a dozen brews in my life. Lacks highly attenuated effervescent body and soft mouthfeel of good tripels and is sickly gluey with some off flavors of cardboard and alcohol.

12 oz bottle. Appearance - hazy orange/straw color with virtually no head whatsoever Aroma - hints of orange, strawberry and vanilla Taste - Bitterness of hops are present, but balanced by the orange/citrus flavors. Relatively hoppy for a tripel. Banana flavors present as well Mouthfell - Relatively watery with a very short finish

Bottled. yellow/orange no head. Aroma is wine-like as well as taste. Also sweet and fruity aromas. Flavor is sweet and fruity and citrus with lots of booze. Unbalanced and out of control.

Pours clear gold with a medium head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is pretty typical of a triple. Mouth feel is a bit thick, but not quite syrupy. Flavor is sweet with some fruit and an off metallic taste. Al in all, not a very good triple.
