Dec 30, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours an amber color with creamy light-tan head. Not much lacing.
Smell of fresh baked bread, nutty malt with some toffee. Tastes of pale malt flavors. Some roasted nuttiness and burnt caramel. A small part of bitter citrus from hops. Finishes a bit bitter.

Dec 27, 2008 Bottle. A soft sweet smell, a little bit of liqueur, syrup and nut. The rather small creamy beige head disappeared rather fast. The body is orange-red. In the beginning the taste is light soft, the finish is more bitter. The duration is normal. The body is medium strong, dry and creamy with normal carbonation. A nice beer.

Dec 18, 2008 Bottled. Clear, reddish copper-coloured beer with a firm, medium-sized blond head. Malty aroma is sweet honyish and bisquity. Flavor is sweetish, honyish and mellow. Minor bitterness in the finish. Palate is ligth to medium bodied, slick and guite smooth. A bit thin and carbonated.
