| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 28, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma of molasses, caramel and smooth spices. Taste is similar, with some cocoa and other dark malty notes. Average mouthfeel, and good lacing. Could have had a fuller palate, but otherwise a pretty good beer. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 24, 2007 This beer is far under rated. Great porter in a remarkably subtle way. The chocolate and nutty depth really shows while still remaining refreshing. There is a great scottish ale aftertaste that comes right at the end. Mrthirstyneck (341), Minnesota, USA
