My "go to" IPA here in SC due to its availability and fairly big flavor. Again, as with many IPAs, I find myself wanting just a little more in the body, but compared to many others, this is full-bodied. Hops are citrusy, piney, grassy, slightly lemony.

Bottle 0,355 l. Copper brown with off white head. Nose has lot’s of hops, fresh, some citrus and pine with grass and faint fruit drops. Flavor is a bit thin with bitter hoppiness. The hops are a bit straightforward and not as juicy as it used to be pre 2008. Nice, but not as complex and feels thinner. Calls for another rate.

Great copper color. Aroma is fresh and citrus-like. Taste is awesome, the hops take over and together with a fruity character, the brew steps into great dimensions. Big mouthfeel, and almost oily at the end. Me likes very much.

Beautiful red-brown beer with thin blond head. Aroma is exotic and fruitfull: papaija, tropical fruits, some sweetness and hint of grass. Aroma is almost psychedelic in the beginning but it changes quite quicly and some unpleasant biting nuancees is found. Flavour is very bitter, some pine and not so fruitfull than aroma. Flavour is very long, dry and bitter. Quite easy to drink but there are enough malts to make this nicely slippery to drink. First breath promises heavenly beer but flavour is no so great than aroma it also changes to worse quite quickly. There are some weakness in the Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA but anyway it is hopheads and fruit-lovers beer.

Medium coarse light brown head doesn’t last. Brown body. Malty raisiny aroma with notes of fruit, resin, and freshly sawed wood. Dry-sweetish malty raisiny biscuity taste with resiny wooden pine needle notes. Light body. Soft mouthfeel. Dry malty resiny aftertaste with sugary spicy notes. Maybe a bit sweet. Lovely, and dangerously drinkable. Subtle more than punchy. (0.355l bottle, wine monopoly.)

Aroma is distinctly filled with grapefruit and biscuits. Color is medium amber with a quarter inch tall off white head. Flavor of grapefruit, sweet malt, pine, minerals and then a dry, husky finish that seems a little rough. Good aroma and initial flavor, but I personally don’t care for the harsh finish.

I love IPA but this has something funny. something wrong. lots of sweetness and lemon and grapefruit. Hops are overwhelming, good hops but the mix and quantity fails.

12 oz. bottle. A stable one-finger near-white head upon a bright, pale amber colored body. Cream caramel and pink grapefruit to the nose. Smooth, dry malt flavor, with an evident, light fruity and piney bitterness. Floral notes. Quite filling. Dry fruity-bitter ending. Pretty good stuff.
