12 oz bottle. Clear orange pour with a quick head. good bitterness for a domestic IPA, stays through the bottle and gets better to the end. Lacks a bit of the flavor from hops and overcompensates with the dried fruits.

Can’t see this much different than the old style. Sweet hop aroma. A little oranger than iced tea. Bitter experience. Lingering bitter experience. Seems fairly high in alky from the taste. Like chewing on small green sappy pinecones. What else can be said but; on style!

Bottle. Clear apple juice body, off-white head, medium sized bubbles, diminishes quickly. Body is sharp, abrasive, oily, kind of in a ’’pointy’’ way - meaning it strikes the palate, the tongue, the throat, takes a quick bite. Resinous pine and old, dried fruit show the hop qualities. Not particularly well rounded, the body is especially harsh, and the hops are someone tinny at times while still showing some small amount of freshness... err... I’m saying hops but this smells and tastes like hop oil extract.

Draught. OK at best. For being an IPA, I was a little dissapointed in the lack of hop flavor. Decent beer if you want to drink a better than average beer in quantity. Nothing to savor.

12 oz bottles poured into glasses. Hop aroma of flowers and herbs. The yeast smells slightly cheesy and like a barnyard/horse blanket. Initial flavor sweet and malty, then the hops kick in. It finishes with a roasted and orange taste with an alcohol pang.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a nice deep amber color. Aromas of hops/hops/citrus. Strong hop flavors with malts.

Pours beautyful dark amber with a very creamy big head, which creates a "mushroom" and lacing. Aroma is fantastic, very fruity and hoppy - peach, grapefruite and some strawberry. Flavour is also fantastic, again the fruity hops, with peach, strawberry and grapefruite - very nice mouthfeel, creamy and a hoppy, grapefruity dryness that stays with a hint of strayberry in the finish :o).
