from the cask at andy’s. damn if i can figure it this beer was like an everything New York style bagel HEAVY ON the caraway, salt and onion with poppy and sesame seed. hey, try it for yourself! yeasty and creamy golden and hazy with a true hoppy citrus palate. highly demonstrative and quite unique as i have described. strange, satisfying and alluring brew. bravo !

12 oz bottle. Poured very clear, golden caramel copper. The smell was a little dusty, with pine hops, citrus, caramel, raisin, and sesame all dancing around. The taste was a well balanced hoppiness, with a little pine and malt, but no fruit. The mouthfeel was just a tad flatter up front than average for the style, with a nice kick in the back. All around a great IPA!

12oz bottle-pours a dissipating foamy off white head and gold color. Aroma is lemon/grapefruit/citrus and pine hops (cascade+), some medium malt. Taste is sweet lemon/grapefruit/citrus and pine hops with some bite, secondary medium malt. OK/mild carbonation. Thanks decaturstevo for picking this out.

Very hoppy, floral with some bitterness. Nice pour with frothy head and lively carbonation.

Bottle. Straightforward IPA with little about it to make it memorable. Frothy head that lasts. The body is amber and clear. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, grain and cookie. The flavor is a little less than moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Both the sweetness and bitterness carry through into the finish, though even in the end it is a little more sweet than bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation.

Copper orang with off white head and lace. Citrus/evergreen hops presence on the nose. Large maltiness followed by a solid hops bitter. A tad foamy on a medium/full bodied beer. Pretty damn nice drinker.

Pours a translucent copper gold with a two finger frothy white head. The aroma is citrusy, hoppy, sweet, some piney floral hops. The flavor is hoppy, fresh, citrusy, some alcohol, sweet, nice flavor, not as much bitterness. The palate is easy, needs more to it, mild bitterness.

(On tap) Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Lightly citrusy nose. Surprisingly light-bodied with a discreet malt base and hints of fruit and a little caramel. Subdued bitterness. Very disappointing from this otherwise decent brewery. 180908
