Oct 5, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a deep amber color with a large white head. It tastes of citrus, flowers, resin and pine with a good bit of hop bitterness. This is a pretty good beer.

Oct 4, 2009 Tap. Aroma of soap and floral hops, a touch of toffee. Flavor continues to act like a bar of soap with basic sweet IPA malt. Didn’t jive with me.

The taste has a lot of hoppy(Happy)ness it in with hints of honey, malt, citrus and flowers?. medium bitter taste with some sweetness in it. a solid IPA.

Sep 30, 2009 [9/10/08] Draught at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Clear golden color with a very stable medium white head. Fresh hops aroma with pine needles and some tropical fruits. Bitter hoppy flavor with pine, some grapefruit and a pleasant soft sweetness in the background. Silky mouthfeel. A good refreshing IPA.

Sep 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours light, clear amber with a short white head that doesn’t last too long. Aroma is hoppy and has notes of caramel, citrus, tropical fruit, malt and a little bit of pine. Flavour is pretty similar to the aroma and has a nice amount of sweetness; flavours of caramel, honey passionfruit and wood stand out. Medium bodied with a nice, lingering finish, this is a pretty good IPA and another winner from Flying dog.

Sep 28, 2009 A golden brown beer with a small head. The aroma is sweet & the taste is sweet, with some pine & fruit. Too sweet- which makes me wonder how fresh this bottle is as IPA’s lose the hoppiness & get sweeter as they get older.

Sep 27, 2009 Bottle: Amber pour with a smaller white head. Sitcky bits of lacing. Aroma retains a nice citrus hoppiness and bits of malt. Tastes sweet and citrusty with a light piney feel. Lingering bitters.
