Pour clear amber with off white head. Aromas of grapefruit. Flavors of citrus, grapefruit mostly, and some malt character. Average at best. Almost like a pale ale.

Nice clear amber with a decent head. The aroma is very strong and clean, very golding in character, fruity and floral, with a subtle maltiness. Bit rough MF yet very drinkable due to a relatively weak body and a good balancing despite tons of hops’ resins.

cloudy amber with thick off white head. evergreeny aroma, touch of hops. flavor starts grapfruity, finishes sharply bitter on back of tongue. enjoyable if not exactly refreshing. it does grow on you as either the beer or the drinker mellows.

Bottle @ Burgers and Brew in Davis. This IPA was not as strong as typical beers of the genre, yet it was exceptionally smooth. Overall, it was light on the palate and very enjoyable.

Solid IPA, nothing too special, I drank it from the bottle as I was driving to Austin so I may not have picked up on some of the subtleties . Wouldn’t buy again at this point

Tasted 2008-02-27. Fresh bottle. Pours deep, clear, light amber with off-white head. Aroma: Hops!!! Caramel, pineapple. Flavour: Initially a little sweet, then semi-powerfull bitterness. A little weak body, but still very tasty.

12oz bottle from Burgers and Brew in Davis, CA. Typical IPA with the citus flavor. Fairly smooth beer, easy on the palate, but nothing extraordinary about it.
