Dec 17, 2007 Aroma is mostly floral. Pours a lightly hazy gold. Flavor is pretty clean and somewhat under whelming. Notes of perfumey hops, pine, a little earth, and light caramel malt. I would call this an introductory IPA, as it would be a nice one to start getting used to the somewhat acquired taste of hoppy beers. Finishes clean. Is pleasant.

Dec 15, 2007 Bottle courtesy of RiversideAK. Pours a light amber with floral and citrus aromas. The taste is really clean and nice; hops, some citrus, a grassy quality, and some malt flavors. A good IPA, great flavor and easy to drink. I could have 20.

Dec 11, 2007 Read elsewhere for description... All I gots ta say is dis wadnt exactly whut I wuz xpektin. I found it to be thin, the aroma to be underwelming (weaker than a decent APA), lacking a real complexity which is the key to most beers expecially an IPA. Overall it’s drinkable and could be catagorized as a really nice ESB or some type of bitter, but not a very good IPA.

Dec 11, 2007 Bottle courtesy of dpjuart. Decent little hoppy nose to this one. Resin and grapefruit oil, quite bitter and woody, with a mild papery smell. Golden amber clear, wtih thin off-white lacing head. Medium to light body, watery, with light carbonation. Soft. Starts with a bit of malt sweetness, fruity with grapefruit and apricot. Predominantly, it’s quite bitter, with resin and woodiness in there from start to finish. Medium to heavy bitter finish, with light fruity undertones. Mild sugar taste. OK.

Dec 10, 2007 Poured from a bottle. I tried Harpoon IPA on the same night. Liked it a lot better. As Randy Jackson says "It was just alright for me dawg." Had a bitter finish but ok overall.

Dec 10, 2007 mdium copper pour. Nose of flowery hop, little bit of citrus. Little overly carbonated, making it a bit tough going down. But get past that and its a a solid IPA.
