Lovely amber color, small short lasting head.
Nice lacing on the glass.
Awesome flavor, very true to the style.
Hops slighly overpower the malt but that is how i like IPA.
Fruity floral hops like they say in the description.Ranks among the best IPA in my books. KnutAlbert (3115), Oslo, Norway

Amber ale with frothy head. Full maltiness and intense grassy dryness. I really enjoyed this one! Drjohnrock (95), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 1, 2007 Draft at Dewey’s Pizza in Kenwood. Clear dark amber color, sweet aroma, medium body, moderate lasting head, suitably intense hop taste with grapefruit element, LONG tangy finish--a beer that wants to be remembered. Not a lot of subtlety or nuance, and not what I consider a sessionable brew, but it definitely has a place in the IPA universe. dpjuart (670), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Nov 27, 2007 Rated 10/18/07 - 12 oz. bottle. Nice golden red color, cream white head. Skunky flower nose, hoppy malt . Floral taste w/ Earthy undertones. Lacking in a malt body. A bit watery also. Just eh as IPAs go. alexsdad06 (1079), Ohio, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 24, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with an average off white head. The aroma is fruity and floral hops with an emphasis on the citrus side. The flavor has a decent amount of caramel malts to balance the citrus hops presence. Medium mouthfeel. A decent IPA. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 20, 2007 Pour was a crystal clear copper color with some real orange vibrance to it. The head was two-fingers tall, off-white and provided decent lacing. Initial aroma is all citrus. As it progresses grass and caramel malt take over. The hops wilted under the barrage. The flavor is more of the same. A lot of sugary sweet caramel malt and grass keeping the hops from shining. Average mouthfeel and average to below-average finish. TampaBeer (183), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 17, 2007 This is not hoppy enough for an IPA and generally an unsubstantial beer. Wouldn’t have this one again. Didn’t get my IPA fix here.. chicagodri (1041), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 17, 2007 Very thin head, and a very mild aroma and hop flavor. I remembered having this beer in the past and I guess I have had better stuff since, because I thought it was very average. It has almost a sweet kick at the end.
