EithCubes (2140), Indiana, USA Apr 1, 2007 Bottle. Very sweet hoppy nose, delicious grapefruit with floral lychee. Golden-orange body with a soapy beige head. Bitter soapy taste, lots of hops in the form of grapefruit and lychee flavors. Touch of yeast and resin. Grassiness assertive toward the end, and faint notes of sourness arise to complement the much stronger bitterness and sweetness. Medium-light body, dry hoppy aftertaste. Fun. b33r (363), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Apr 1, 2007 Light gold color with small white head and nice lacing. Aroma was a little faint for an IPA but still hoppy. Flavor was okay but nothing special. I did taste a little fruit along with the hops. rmussman (905), California, USA Mar 29, 2007 This brew is quite hard to judge but in the end I think its just average. It pours nicely and has a sweet aroma but the mouthfeel is a little off and leads to a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. Worth a try but i was a little disappointed. Holdwine (905), Beertimore, Maryland, USA Mar 24, 2007 Average IPA. Tossing in a bit more hops slowed this one down as they didn’t meld into the basic flavor profile. Some citrus upfront and at the end. Nothing special. Mrthirstyneck (341), Minnesota, USA Mar 23, 2007 not BAD i guess bitterness was good a bit lakcing other wise but drinkalbe and smooth a nice light IPA for those certain LIGHT nitges grab one todaty GET SURLY thefederalist (226), Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA Mar 22, 2007 Pours copper with a nice head. Aroma is piney, grassy, and pungent. Flavor is on the sweet side, and the bitterness is a bit raw. The hop flavor profile is not for me. Another dissapointing offering from FD. Optigon (561), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Mar 18, 2007 Strong aroma of hops and passion fruit. Strong hop bitterness and mild fruit qualities. A little abrasive, but tasty. Brewer101 (162), New Jersey, USA Mar 17, 2007 The flavor has a strong kick when it first hits. It has a good after taste but isn’t very smooth going down.
