| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Apr 19, 2008 [bottle] Poured a clear copper color with a large, rocky, off white head. Not as big of an aroma as I would like, but there are some piney hops and some malt. Flavor is spicy hops with sweet malt to back it up. Finishes pretty bitter that continues to build. ansermadide (507), Kyle, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Seemed to have little to no head, but great carbonation that unfortunately goes away pretty quickly. Its semi-cloudy light orange color is inviting, looks almost deceiving. Smells just a little hoppy. Has a sweet, hoppy taste and is very easy to drink. Little to no aftertaste... a pretty tame IPA, considering the hype. Or my bitter buds are just shot. Christine says, "it feels like it’s bouncing in my mouth." Another IPA, nothing distinctive. crowderm (277), Recklinghausen, Germany
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 18, 2008 Pours a pretty standard copper gold with a nice lingering white head. Slightly skunky floral-citrus aroma. The flavor is decently hoppy - mostly floral and peppery. The balance between the hops and the malt is pretty nice too. The flavor overall is on the lighter, more refreshing side. The palate is also pretty light, but pairs nicely with the flavor of the beer. I wasn’t a huge fan of this beer after the first sip, but it’s grown on me. This is a very decent IPA. RPillsbury (112), Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 15, 2008 Bottled. A competent IPA with a hops aroma and spicey flavour. The bitter finish was nice and lingering. It doesn’t stand out, though. petermadsen (391), Vesterbronxxx, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 new batch that’s 7.1% abv, not 5.75%. Amber with a medium sized white head. Strong skunky hop aroma. Flavor is pretty strait forward hops and caramel malt with some orange and lemon citrus. Some odd roasty grains can be found in the finish. Good amount of carbonation.
