Bottle from Beers Of Europe Wonderfully aromatic light amber coloured beer that poured with a nice clarity and good medium white bubbly head. Super floral aroma, tasted bitter but with more restraint than anticipated and there was even some peachy/apricot flavours coursing through this beer, slipped down a treat and was my beer of the evening from the three Flying Dog Beers I had.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm 2003. Real-ale-ish, dark amber look. A lot of flowery hop-bitterness. Soft and smooth, though rather lively. A hoppy flavour with hints of toffee.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2003) Dark amber. Fruity and malty, some perfume in the aroma. A little thin, turns into some bitterness in the finish.

Bottled. Sampled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Dark amber/Cognac colour. No head. Floral hop aroma, with notes of prune and marshmallows. Smooth hop flavour but not as sweet as the aroma. Rich flavour, reminiscent of a good cognac.

Bottle poured a clear orange copper with asmall lasting light amber head. Aromas of carmel, grapefruit rind and some earthiness. Palate was light bodied. Flavors of carmel, grapefruit rind and a piny earthy quality with a lingering bitter finish.

Sweet malty aroma with some yeast overnotes, breadlike. Pale amber color with some sediment. Strong bitter taste that lasts a while. Light on the palate with a metallic finish.

Bottle @ Brewery. This is average at best. Mild hop aroma and small thin head. Light malty flavor and tinny boring finish. Keep moving, nothing to see here.

Rerated Aug ’05. Taste and aroma are fresh hops, citrus and pine. A hell of a lot better then I recall it being. Finally an IPA I can find in VT thats very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with an average size off-white head. Aroma of fresh fruity hops. Flavour also of fruity hops along with sweet malt. Nothing outstanding or original but it’s an enjoyable thirst-quencher, it tastes good and I could easily down a few of these babies.
