| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 12, 2009 355 ml bottle. Clear, golden orange body with a dense off-white head. Sweet and heavy hoppy/citrus + hay aroma. Flavor has a sharp, prompt bitterness, giving a dry feeling even realizing this is a quite sweet beer. Balanced but not much malt flavor here. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 10, 2006 Thin fluffy head of rather large bubbles. Very good carbonation. Reduces to a sticky sloppy bit of lace. Bitter iced tea aroma with some light malts and some floral hops. Color is a light orange. Hoppy but thin flavor. Little malts and some orange. Kind of bland. Finish is hoppy and bitter. Kind of a sickly sweet aftertaste though. Not a very good IPA. Lumpy (1802), Carrollton, Texas, USA

Hops hit you strong at first, mellows out.
taste of citrus, not as clean tasting as other IPA.
Still it is what it is. rudolf (1782), Buffalo, New York, USA

Very light and lively body, effervescent in a way that benefits the hop profile. Some malts for smoothness. Easy drinking, unremarkable, but sessionable.
