Pours a nice amber color with a thick pillowy head. Aroma is hops, citrus, and a little earthy. Taste is light and malty with a with a bitter twang of hops in the finish. A very subtle IPA and nice if you don’t want your head blown off by the hops.

A sort of odd orange color that is, I guess, pale. Aroma is very pleasant, citrus and perfume dominate with a touch of sweetness. The flavor, however, is much too malty for me. The hops provide a nice bitterness, but there are distinct sweet cereals and biscuits as it moves through to the finish. Not my favorite IPA.

Pours golden with shallow froth. Aroma is all flowers w/ slight biscuits. Medium nectar w/ very smooth residual effers. Flavors are dull and bittering with grapefruit, aged citrus rind, hay, and a slight souring on the finish. Overall: a descent brew.

Bottle: Citrus sweeet nose mainly orange, a little yeasty. Orange/ copper color. little to no head. Lemon/orange hops with a toasty/ toffee malt flavor. Kinda syrupy. Linguring bitterness. Kinda bubbly on the tongue. Not bad, but doesn't distinguish itself

Old record... I didn’t even know they changed the recipe until I went to log this entry... I’ll have to try the new one. Not all that different from their classic pale ale, just a little bit more bitter, but lacks the balance and complexity of an awesome IPA.

Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a tall tan head. Aroma of floral hops. Flavor of citrus, honey and malt. Slightly bitter finish. Well balanced. Pretty good beer.

Copper. Dense, off white head of small bubbles topped by a layer of larger ones. Aroma of big piney, grapefruity, resinous hops and some sweetness. Flavor is all hops with just enough malt for support. Medium/full body. Well done, typical American IPA.
