| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 23, 2007 Had this beer on 8/28/1998. Color is a deep bright gold with good carbonation and head. Aroma is light and frizzy with just a hint of hops. Taste is light and bitter. It starts off with a light cool body, there is a bitterness at the start. As it goes down there is a slight sharpness that turns to a bitter finish that has no hop flavor at all. I feel the body is too thin, there is no hop flavor and is to bitter for the thin body. ilovedarkbeer (1369), Dallas, Texas, USA

I thought it looked good but a guy at the store told me it was not good. I enjoyed this one. Very piney nose. Tastes of pine and hops and malt. Not much else to say its really good. There is the citris hop nose with the gold body and white head. The hop presence is nice, since there is no casscade. JohnnyJ (1353), Carlsbad, California, USA
