| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 18, 2007 Really enjoyed this beer. It had a nice piney aroma to it with some citrus hint. I loved the amberish color to it and it poured a nice head too.
It reminded me a lot of Rogue’s St. Rogue Red. TET (241), Finland

Taste is fruity and sweet there is also hops in the beginning. Aftertaste is very hoppines and long. This is very good beer for someone who likes lots of hops. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 16, 2007 Pours pale amber with a poor retaining off-white head. Hop aroma is floral and inviting, but not as forthcoming as I expected. Pleasent hop flavor and a long bitter finish. Medium body. Overall a nice IPA that lets you enjoy a few in a row. In ways very special (aroma, flavor), in others ways just average (color, body, moutfeel). Allthatisevil (48), alabaster, Alabama, USA

It’s flavour is quite balanced the aftertast lingers a little to much. So far my fav. Flying Dog brew Tilley4 (218), Huron, Tennessee, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 23, 2007 I think this one should be rated higher. I’ve had it several times and I have held off about rating it because I was a little thrown off by the scores I’ve been seeing. After having had this 4-5 times, hell, it’s awesome every time.
Pours quite a bit clearer and lighter than other IPAs.
Perfect aroma of hops/malt to this one.
I just had a BrooDoo from Three Floyds a bit earlier tonight and I don’t know if this quite measures up to that one, but this is still one hell of an IPA in my opinion. I love almost everything about this. It’s solid everytime I crack one open. 64%? Don’t get it.
Very sessionable IPA. Keep up the good work, Flying Dog!!
