Strong floral and citrus hops greet the nose along with apricot-like fruity esters and sweet doughy malts. Brilliantly clear copper coloured body is topped by a dense, fine bubbled and lasting white head that leaves some sticky lace on the sides of the glass. Peach, apricot and grape fruity esters are strong and blend nicely with tangerine, grapefruit and orange citrus and lavender floral hops in the flavour. Cookie dough and lightly bready, toasty malts offer a platform for the hops with moderate bitterness adding the exclamation point. Medium body is quite smooth and almost doughy in texture but strong carbonation adds a contrast. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle (Brewery Creek, Jun-07). Thanks, Josh!

In the bottle. Amber copper in color with a tan head. Strong hop aroma and tart grapefruit hoppy flavor. I think it is well done for a bottled IPA.

Clear orange, amber colour with an off white head. Hoppy, piney aroma with peach fruity notes and hints of flower and sweet malts. Hoppy and quite bitter flavor with notes of pine and flowers and hints of some sweetness. Dry, pine bitter finish.

(ABV 4.7%) Coppery colored, medium sized yellow head. Aroma is rich with nice flowers and slight perfumy tones, bitter hops dominating. Medium bodied, rather full for 4.7%. Flavor is also intense with dominating flowery hops, lemon and some caramel. Aftertaste is strong and lasting with bitterness. Good balanced IPA.

Pours deep orange, nearing brown. Head starts at 1/2 inch and stays to play, with a touch of lacing down the glass. Grapefruit, sour cherry, and a snit of honey. Body is a bit more mobile than I’d like to see, but is definitely not too thin. Finishes triumphantly in an eclectic celebration of the hop. Why is this ranked so low in the style percentage? Maybe I have a great batch here. I’m liking it.

Pours hazy brown with a small white head. Citrus hop aroma. Nice bitterness that has a nice malt finish. Nice full mouth feel. Pretty good IPA.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with an average off white head. The aroma is fruity and floral hops with an emphasis on the citrus side. The flavor has a decent amount of caramel malts to balance the citrus hops presence. Medium mouthfeel. A decent IPA.

Pours a slightly cloudy almond color with a quickly diminishing off-white head that still retains a solid half centimeter cap. Laces very well. Floral hops, pine, sweet fruits and sweet malts are in the aroma. The falvor is hoppy, but not really bitter, the hops take on a sweeter, fruity quality. It seems like sugar was added, the hops were so sweet. The palate was a little on the syrupy side, but aside from that, it had a nice medium body. The finish is long, but not very dry, leaving behind floral hops and sticky sweetness.
