Sep 16, 2007 Updated: May 15, 2009Bottle... Poured a clear golden color with a frothy white head. Sweet, malt and hop aroma. This IPA had sweet, tangy, fruity (apricots and citrus), yeasty, grainy, and chalky flavors. With a mild bitter hop finish. This is a really good brew.

Feb 21, 2006 aroma is sour and hoppy. tastes sweetish and fruity at first and ends with a grapefruity bitterness. Not my favorite flying dog, nor my favorite IPA but it’s good!

Apr 27, 2008 Bottle at Bishops Arms, Järntorget-Göteborg. clear red colour,with a nice creamy head. Aroma has lots of US hopynose,fruity,citrus and flowers. Flavor has a smooth mouth feeling of sweetmaltynes and hops in a nice balance.Thin to medium body and a medium fruity finish.

Jan 20, 2006 Very nice aroma and appearance, but not as hoppy as I like my IPAs. Taste is fruity and light. Overall, a pretty good brew.

Oct 15, 2007 Bottle. Pours a deep golden colour with a good white head. Sweet fruity and hoppy aroma. The flavour is fresh and fruity with a very good maltiness and hoppiness and a slight spiced touch. The finish has a good dry hoppy frutiness with some pine. Very tasty brew indeed.

Sep 11, 2006 A bit muddled with pine, citrus, carmel counterpoint, but decent hops and dryness. Not a big bitter bite but far more IPA than APA. Similar to Big Sky IPA but not as good.

Apr 25, 2007 Citrus aroma and taste gives into a desirable bitter bite in the end. For people that anjoy a flowers and bitter citrus taste to IPA. being a man that doesn’t mind bite but would prefer something a little heavier, it gets a 14 overall.

Sep 10, 2007 I am really surprised by the percentile of this beer. Flying Dog doesn’t seem to get the love from raters. I love the steady hop delivery of this beer. True, the marketing on the bottles doesn’t make me want to buy this beer, I have yet to be dissappointed by this brewery.
