Intensely hop forward flavors but clean and not sticky with a good palate. Warm amber-gold colors, pours with not much head. sinisterdad (14), Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 24, 2008 It’s a good overall IPA. I did enjoy the taste of this brew. Could use a little more carboration and maybe a couple of different kinds of higher acidic hops. But nonetheless, it’s got a good solid body with a re-freshing smooth taste. Overall, it’s got my vote. austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland

Nose has nutty maltiness with piney & flowery hops. Flavor fully malty and crisply hopped. Medium bodied, round and smooth mouthfeel. Perhaps not that complex, but truly an ideal session IPA. ( 8/4/8/4/16) Re-rate: Had it a few times after the first rating. Pretty basic piney hoppiness, some nuttiness and toffee malts. A tad metallic and stuffy, though drank far before BBE. Pretty average after all. (6/4/7/3/14) bsierra (213), Vista, California, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Seemed to have little to no head, but great carbonation that unfortunately goes away pretty quickly. Its semi-cloudy light orange color is inviting, looks almost deceiving. Smells just a little hoppy. Has a sweet, hoppy taste and is very easy to drink. Little to no aftertaste... a pretty tame IPA, considering the hype. Or my bitter buds are just shot. Christine says, "it feels like it’s bouncing in my mouth." Another IPA, nothing distinctive. bermod (119), Jyväskylä, Finland

Toffee malt flavor has same citrus and pine hop characteristics. Dry and bitter aftertaste is quite long. Nice.
