Clear sparkling amber color. Aroma was very hoppy with notes of grapefruit, pine, floral and citrus notes. Also notes of caramel, apricot. Very smooth and soft mouthful. Medium bodied with a dry texture and a soft carbonation. Well balanced with an overweight of bitter flavor. Dry and bitter finish with a funny underlying sweet tone at the end. Nice IPA in the Danish summer. jlruthven (137), Milledgeville, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 12, 2007 Bottle. Poured deep coppery orange, with inch-thick foamy white head. Nose is lots of citrus and hops. In the taste, I get more citrus (mainly grapefruits) and hops, some pine sneaking in there as well. Decent basic IPA for the money. raymondwave (876), Finland
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Updated: Jan 17, 2008Bottle 0.355, alc 4.7 %. Smooth foamy carb, huge flowery and pinish hoppiness that has a bit of soapiness going on. Amazing density and flavor. A bit sweet and very very hoppy, but surprisingly pleasant bitterness. Some wine gums in there too. And grapefruit. This could be a winner, if I didn’t feel like drinking dishwasher at times. Re-rate (original 3.0): No soapiness present anymore (?), but I notice I’ve created a liking for big hoppiness. Hoppiness is pretty bitter, but lacks a bit of juiciness and afterburn. Still very good. b33r (363), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 1, 2007 Light gold color with small white head and nice lacing. Aroma was a little faint for an IPA but still hoppy. Flavor was okay but nothing special. I did taste a little fruit along with the hops. Scauca (413), Lovere, Italy
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 14, 2008 Updated: Aug 26, 2008Nice clear amber with a decent head. The aroma is very strong and clean, very golding in character, fruity and floral, with a subtle maltiness. Bit rough MF yet very drinkable due to a relatively weak body and a good balancing despite tons of hops’ resins. glennmastrange (857), hobe sound, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 12, 2007 Bottle. Smells of resin and orange are immediately noticable with a hint of licorice. Head has large bubbles (rocky?) and is white with good lacing after it warms. Color is an amber/orange. Taste is a bit mild but fairly balanced; sweet, acidic and bitter. Palate is a nice light to medium body with an oily texture and lively carbonation. Just a little astringent at the end. Not the best, but a very drinkable IPA for all occasions. downender (2609), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
