| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 4, 2009 Pours a white head and a golden body... head not long lasting. Aroma is probably the weak-point of this beer. It smells like a cheap European lager... quite grainy almost like a Heineken. Taste has some hops up front, with a modicum of bitterness. Grainy malts taste is there as well, along with a sweet note or two. Taste is fine for the most part... easy enough to drink, but one would expect better from Flying Dog. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 31, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a pale golden with a finger of bubbly white head that did not last. Smells of light malt and water, nothing special here. Taste is rather bland. Light malt with a water backbone, not alot of flavor. This beer is missing a lot.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours a transparent gold with lots of carbonation rising and a small white head. Aromas are of skunky hops, a little bit of metal, grass and light malt. Flavor is crisp and clean. Malt and hops go well together and finish is pretty dry. noncaloric (616), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 14, 2008 Clear, pale gold, effervescent; a lasting white head leaves ring after ring of lace. Malty aroma, slightly stale. Flavor is raw cereal, somewhat bitter and grassy, again just a little bit stale. Pronouncedly dry. brewski519 (415), Morrisville, North Carolina, USA

Mild malt aroma with hops and some grasses. Decent, clean and fresh beer with just right amount of carbonation. Not a lot of bite to this Tire Bite but an okay beer just not one of Flying Dogs best brews. faroeviking (6082), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 10, 2008 Botella. Unclear pale golden colour. Fruity, yeasty and malty aroma. Good mouthfeel. Nice fruity, lightly bitter, good malty and hoppy flavour. Bit dry malty and mild hoppy finish. Pleasant Kölsch. JensenTaster (1585), Denmark
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Dec 9, 2008 on bottle. Clear yellow, white head. Mashy nose. Tastes a lot like a lite and has none of the caracteristics from a kölsh. No grassy hops, no ale-like fullness, no freshness. Burby and slightly gassy finish.
