Damn that was a tight cork. Had to get the channel locks out for this one. Large fluffy white head of fine bubbles with some excellent carbonation that keeps a nice thin wisp of head on my goblet. Light and fruity aroma with spices and dry yeastiness. Some pears and oranges along with a bit of corriander. Quite enticing. Makes the mouth salivate. Color is a bright golden orange. Fizzy in the mouth with some more oranges, white grape, spices (pepper) and some dry grass. Pretty good representation of the style. Little bit of sweetness from the honey makes it quite smooth. Finished slightly bitter and tart. A decent saison.

bottle. i think i pulled something in my alone time hand trying to get the cork out. pours a hazed tan with an effervescent lasting white head that sits thick on top. dirty olive jusice nose with a lot of dust and a musky corriander like scent. dry flavor with light accents of watery pear, apple, and yeast. has that dry flavor i have only experienced from an over attenuated honey ale i made once. gummy almost in taste while still being relatively dry. i wonder if any honey was used here?

bottle. beautiful golden hugh with touch of orange. rising bubbles to thick foamy white head. earthy, yeast, wheat and spice aroma. lively palate. mellow flavor but solid. wheat and grain. lemon, slight apricot and apple. small but always present sourness. lavender and herb. peppery finish. I was expecting less and was very happy with this. Very nice job.

Bottle (750 ml). A golden orange color with a light foamy white head. The aroma is dusty with corriander and orange. It has a spritzy carbonated feel throughout. Sweet malts with a bit of sour citrus on the tongue. Yeasty with spices.
