Apr 5, 2007 This on surprised me, Poured a golden color with fluffy head. Aroma was grassy and peppery and the funk. Flavor was the same lots of funk and grassy hops. Very good. didn’t expect this one from flying dog.

Feb 19, 2008 Mar. 2007 - Beer pours pale yellow with decent head and lacing. Heavy grass and barnyard aroma. Very nice blend of barnyard funk, spices, and fruity sweet goodness. Surprisingly good!

Mar 31, 2007 Pours a cloudy golden color, some amber hues in there, nice huge initial pillowy head. Lacing was a bit weak. The aroma was grassy hops first, some coriander-like spicing, some peppery notes. The flavor was funky, grassy, honey, apples, wheat, spicing (coriander and I guess caracao), pepper. This is one of the finer Flying Dog productions I’ve come across. Mouthfeel was malty for a saison, yet with a dry crispness to the finish.

Feb 21, 2007 Pours amber with a small dissipating white head. Smells of oranges, bananas, coriander, some grass, dough and pepper. Taste is of oranges, lots of malt, some tartmess and tangy malt. Mouthfeel is very tingly in a good way. Finish is dry and crisp.

Feb 4, 2007 pours a cloudy gold with lots of lacing under a large foamy white head. pleasant hoppy, yeasty, aroma. the head has excellent retention. flavor is grainy, yeasty with spices. tastes very belgian. nice job.
