Murky, muddy brown body with a small beige head. Caramel, cookie dough, bananas, honey, and more meet the nose. Medium body. The flavor was unappealing. Mixture of sweet and sour. Just didn’t do it for me.

Murky caramel brwon body topped by a small but frothy light tan head. The aroma is a bit phenolic which does nto bode very well. Some banan and clove, but band-aids are in there too. The flavor is hideous. Infection central. A piss to those that say infected beers should not be rated, I spent my good money on this and got a bottle of shite. THis shite is representative of their product, the end.

Bottle shared with the Texas crew. Clear, low head, red/brown. Carmelly plus a lot of interesting things in the classic Weizen range. Malts do good things--a lesson learned from English bitters and applied nicely here.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours bronze with a beige head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, and caramel. The flavor is banans, citrus, caramel, and smooth. Good beer.

Great hazy garnet pour with a rich creamy head. Now that’s a great pour. Aroma of nuts, raisins, and alcohol. The flavor profile caramel,toffee, dried fruits, plums and raisins. Very interesting palate...the mouthfeel was extremely creamy and rich, yet spiked with a surprisingly spritely carbonation. Nice. Very dry alcohol finish. But what’s with all the floculate?

I was reminded of a root beer float with the dark amber color and the cloudy head that faded to a film. The aroma was nutty and a bit like stewed fruit with maybe a hint of grain as it warmed. The flavor was sweet, carmel and alcohol in the finish. It’s palate was syrupy.

The dog on the bottle reminds me of my cat, Chupa Cabra.

A creamy, cream-colored head lasted only a short while above a thoroughly murked sepia/bronze body (that was later comprable to a coffee... heavy on the cream). Aroma found cookies and alcohol with mild fruitiness. Complex mouthfeel is creamy & dry yet delicately carbonated and mildly syrupy. Flavor abounds with maltiness and a yeasty punch of banana bread with an alcoholic finish. I must admit that I was enjoying Wild Dog too much to fully deconstruct its complexities. Guess I’ll have to find another bottle...

Not much to look at, a deep caramel body with a short-lived tan head, but the aroma and flavor more than compensate. This silky drink has a complex aroma of yeast, soft malts, brown spices, and fruit - raisins, plums, banana, apples, pears... a healthy assortment. The fruit abounds in the flavor as well. Add to that the smoothness of wheat, berry jam, caramel, a touch of rust, some nuts, and a swelling of alcohol. Quite a drink!
