Mar 10, 2007 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with only a rim of orange head. The aroma is sweet with a powerful wheat note, combined with notes of over ripe fruits and caramel. The flavor is very sweet and very wheaty, and also with strong fruity notes, leading to a dry wheaty end.

Jun 13, 2007 Bottle. Red brown color with a small fizzy fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is light malty, hoppy, notes of port, oak, vintage, vinegar. Initial flavor ismoderate sweet, finish flavor is moderate sweet and some notes vinegar with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Oct 10, 2005 Spectacular off-white head breaks into laces over laces over the murky brownish amber shade. Fully phenolic nose, heavy on the bananas, definitely fruity yeastiness, medicinal, figgy and even meaty. Limited malt complexity, caramelic, but not much else. Medium body, foamy palate remains quite sweet, yet there’s a good dose of spicy bitterness. Not bad!
