Jun 15, 2009 Bottled @ in de wildeman. Cloudy murky golden color, medium off-white head with some ugly debris floating around. Bit yeasty aroma, some banana. Bit sweet and yeasty taste.

Jun 12, 2009 Cloudy straw colored body with a minimal sized white cap. Yummy floral aroma with banana, yeast, and clove a mild citrus is also detectable. Flavour is sweet and smooth and I swear it tasted like muffins. More muffins, cloves, yeast, banana, and a touch of lemon are all in the flavour. Body seems a touch light and is way to heavily carbonated. Not the best Wit I’ve ever had but still highly drinkable.

Jun 8, 2009 Dark yellow with big white head. Very spicy in aroma and flavor, with some clove and oranges. Dry yet sweet, with medium carbonation. Good example of a Belgian White.

Jun 7, 2009 Bottle pours cloudy yellow with a huge head. Spice, yeast and clove dominate the aroma. Light body with a slight dryness at the beginning. Nice sweetness and balanced with the spices nicely. A bit oxidized but still very nice. Some orange is there but tastes artificial.
