Jun 1, 2009 Poured a milky lemon yellow with a tall bright white head. The aroma was a mild lemon citrus. There was a good amount of carbonation and many bubbles rising in the glass. There was a slight tart citrus flavor with just a hint of a bite, more from the carbonation than from hops. It was refreshing and light, but was a little weak on the flavor.

May 29, 2009 Pours a hazy blonde color with a tight white head. Aroma is a little skunky with some orange and some yeast. The flavor is very much like orange juicebut with some good dryness. The beer is mildly spicy with a really odd eartiness.

May 27, 2009 RFD Tasting – Hazy dark gold, creamy white head. Soft orange zest and coriander nose with faint undercurrents of earthy wheat and pepper. Lightly spiced citrus flavors balance on hints of cracked wheat yeastiness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, soft fruity wheat-like finish. It is what it is…a refreshing summer beach beer in my opinion…

May 21, 2009 Musky, cereal wheat aroma with stinky floral undertones - paperwhites, narcissus. Cloudy, pear gold, quarter-inch white head in a tulip glass. Label looks like the spatter on the bottom of a parakeet cage. Light body, not sweet, not much in the ester department, medium bittering. Wet paper bag in a bottle.

May 20, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a murky golden color with a foamy white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is immensely spicy with with malt, coriander, hops, and wheat. Taste is overly spicy and peppery, throwing off the whole beer. Flavors of malt, hops, and wheat. Each sip is way to spicy and and far too peppery. Mouthfeel is light. Not a good beer at all. Very harsh, and hard to drink.

May 16, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a decent, fizzy, white head. Good retention but little to no lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemongrass, coriander, canned pineapple, dried/candied tropical fruits, and a little skunk. Taste is a first a bit creamy and then turns fizzy/watery as the wheat, spices, and sugar roll in. Seltzer water finish. Bland overall.
