Bottle at Millennium Hotel in Boulder. Cloudy yellow - white head. Fruity, wheaty, citrus, coriander, orange, yeasty, spicy. Thin watery finish. Perfect to style - this is not my favorite style.

Pours yellow and fizzy with a white head. Smells of coriander, citrus, ginger. Tastes spicy and citrussy with a sweet finish.

pale yellow pour with a thin white head that dissipates quit fast. coriander, orange and wheat on the nose along with an overtone of musk. quite thin on the palate with a smooth flavor or orange and a finish of some other fruit.

Good Belgium wit, but I like them a bit more unfiltered then this one. pours yellow with white head, just like a wit, taste is good, don’t need an orange or lemon for this one.

Rather thin white head of medium sized bubbles. Light carbonation. Lemon, cereal grains, straw and a hint of spices. Color is a slightly hazy bright gold. Grainy palate. More lemon, grass, yeast and spices. Some rice and wheat flavors. Finishes grainy and dry with a bit of lingering lemon and cereal. Kind of zippy in the mouth. An ok brew.

Pours a brilliant, cloudy yellow, very small head, or none. Aroma is banana, clove and carbonated water. Palate is overly carbonated which overshadows the otherwise great wheat malt and vanilla, clove, and banana flavors. Finish is incredibly lively and carries the same flavors but they’re a little more bland.

A murky yellow apperance with a white head. The aroma contains coriander, lemons, and oranges. The flavor is rather light with some lemons, orange peels, and a hint of clove. Overall a decent summer beer but a little bit on the light side even for a witbier.
