| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 13, 2008 Some high quality stuff here. Pours an almost neon yellow, lots of head. Tastes beautiful -- high fruit, citrus, some banana, and not overly carbonated like so many other macro belgian whites. Absolutely great belgian white, recommended to all. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 6, 2008 Bottle pours to hazy golden body with thin white head. Smell is of oranges or some other citrus fruit. Taste is not as sweet as some other wits. All in all, decent beer but not as good as Hoogaarten. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 3, 2008 Poured a hazy yellow color with nice white head that stayed a while. Aroma and flavor were both characterized by the typical with citrus and spice. Good carbonation and mouthfeel. Low alcohol and easy drinkability make this very sessionable. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 3, 2008 Cloudy straw yellow, dense white head displaying excellent retention but minimal lace. Sweaty yeasty aroma, faintly spicy. The palate is fairly estery with the yeast character dominating; bitter orange and coriander seed flavours are well established too however. The finish is very very dry. This beer is very compelling, as it has all of the character of a witbier, but almost no sweetness (a nice change from the usually sweet take on this style that typifies the North American versions). Very well done! Nate (2558), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 2, 2008 From bottle. Spicy lemony nose. Kinda funky with some acid malt-wheat tang and a bit of clove or peppercorn. Milky amber cloudy with foamy white lacing head. Medium bodied with yeasty creaminess and almost heavy carbonation. Starts with orange blossom and wheat sweetness, light spicy character. Mild chalky bitter finish, with subdued orange and peppercorn. Dry clean after. Kinda weak. Pershing (149), Garland, Texas, USA

Citris and spice aroma that mimmicks the taste. Light, clean and refreshing finish. An excellent summer beer. djd07 (751), Houston, Texas, USA
