Aug 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy gold, thin white head. Aroma is coriander, nutmeg, orange, cinnamon. The aroma is very pleasingly spicy, doesn’t have that typical oppressive yeasty smell. Flavor is spicy, orange, and a bit on the watery side. I would have preferred a more robust body. This is refreshing none-the-less.

Aug 30, 2008 Pale white yellow yeast seems to wait at the top instead of settling down to darken the beer. A thin white head dissipates to a slight cover. Spicy nose, cirander. Taste is a light spiciness and a very refreshing smooth wheat and citrusy finish. Slight hop bite at the trailing end.

Aug 29, 2008 12 ounce bottle from Total Wine. Pours a hazy straw yellow with white fizz for a head. Very loose, finicky lacing. The aroma is soapy and foreshadows strong creamy wheat notes to come in the flavor. Wheat and malts are the pronounced taste along with hints of orange peel, coriander, and subtle spice. Very highly carbonated and light bodied. Refreshing; finishes crisp and clean.

Aug 29, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow color with bits of yeasty floating about a nice medium sized fizzy white head. Nose is industrial soap, some coriander, and a faint hint of citrus. Mouthfeel is thin but refreshing and the taste is mostly citrus and wheat. Nothing offensive but no real wow factor.

Aug 27, 2008 Bottled: Pours a hazy yellow color that is somewhat hazy. Smells of sweet fruity malts and tastes of clean malts with a hint of orange with a sweet finish of fruits. Good belgian beer!

Aug 27, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. The aroma is sugar cookies, ginger, coriander, some citrus. The flavor is pretty heavy on the coriander, with citrus notes and a yeasty breadiness coming behind it. The finish has a floral feel to it, almost to the point of reminding me of soap. Drinkable, but not too special.
