| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 24, 2008 Pours with a largish, off-white head that leaves good lacing. Hazy yellow body with a couple big particles if you pour the entire bottle. Aroma of honey, corriander; very sweet overall. Taste is watery, hay, yeast and coriander notes. Fizzy mouthfeel; a bit dry. andrewjtoland (1), Nashua, New Hampshire, USA does not count | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 23, 2008 The aroma is a bit odd, but the taste more than makes up for it. Light, but not fruity, and, unlike lots of other summer white beers, it’s just fine without any citrus slices added. alraicercsu (166), Ft.Collins, Colorado, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 18, 2008 Bottle at Flying Saucer, Houston, post jury duty. Thanks, Harris County! Pours a cloudy cheddar yellow with a slight white head and an aroma of spicy sweet cedar chips and butter. Flavor is lemon peel, coriander, lemon grass, and Sweet-N-Low. Average mouthfeel that leaves a slightly upleasant bitter film on the tongue. Refreshing beer, even if it’s dedicated to a bunch of friggin’ hippies. BeerFanDan17 (628), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 13, 2008 Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Wednesday evening beer tasting. Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a fine white ring. Aroma coriander, golden grain malt, some yeast and cloves. Taste is heavy on the coriander, light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, lemon zest and cloves. Finish continues a dry coriander aftertaste that lingers after the finish. Hance07 (192), DownSouth, Georgia, USA
