12oz. bottle. Aroma quickly fills the nose with coriander, also showing a strong citrus character of lemon and orange, along with lighter notes of wheat and pale malt, sugary sweetness, floral perfume and doughy yeast. Cloudy straw yellow in color with a lasting, fine head. Flavor is citric and spicy, gently tart, grainy and semi-dry with a very gentle bitterness at the finish, more lemon here and showing some lingering clove and coriander. Palate is lightly thin and airy, body is fairly insubstantial as well. Pretty heavy on the spices, but managing to remain nice and refreshing.

The beer pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head which has a very light lacing. The nose is lightly spicy yeast with a hint of citrus. The taste is a dry yeast with a light maltyness and a finish of bananas.

Very light pour, with a little lace. Start off aggressively sweet, but it does mellow a bit inito a nicely spiced wit.

Great aroma of the coriander & orange zest which carries over to the flavor. This is a nice refreshing beer that I’d drink again.

12 oz bottle. hazy golden yellow with a bubbly, loose, white head. Lots of spice in the nose, coriander and clove, orange and a light fruitiness. Flavor is even more tropical fruity, some orange and lots of coriander and clove. Medium bodied, could use a bit more carbonation. This is what Blue Moon was likely shooting for. Bready spiced finish hangs on the palate a bit too long. Still, a decent wit, better than I expected.

on tap at papago.... hazy yellow with orange-ish brown hints and a fluffy white head. smells of oranges, spice, bready yeast and sweetened lemon skins. lots of yeast in the flavor... lemon dryness/tart, fresh orange sweetness, spice and a dry herbal/grassy finish. medium body seems a bit fuller from the yeasty sludge. very clean and refreshing brew...
