Cloudy gold appearance with an average size white head and a fair amount of lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma accented with lemon peel. Taste offers up some wheat, spices and herbs. Dry, tart, medium-bodied mouthfeel with good carbonation. Long lasting finish. Enjoyable, well made domestic wit.

This beer is great, though I do love wheat beers. It’s crisp, refreshing, just a bit tart, with a hint of citrus. This is a great summer beer and I’ll definitely be sipping some on the beach in July.

Pours a muddled yellow with fair white head. Aroma of lemons and bananas. Tastes slightly bandaid with vanilla. A little cloying and slightly prickly, but also creamy. Only pick up on the oranges in the aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very very cloudy pale gold color. The head was very nice until it almost completely vanished. Lots of coriander in the nose backed with a little citrus and some stronger yeast notes. Flavor fallows the nose, lots of citrus and coriander flavors finished off by that Belgian yeasty flavor. Very solid Belgian Wit.

12oz bottle from Acknud. Nose was strange to say the least, smelled like popcorn and funk.....then gave way to Citrus and Belgian yeast. Not much head to go along with the straw yellow haze. A pretty good Witbier.

Pour is relativedly clear golden yellow with almost no head...smell is sweet and citric with lots of oranges and some nice clove and coriander....taste is sweet at first with some vanilla and lavender flavors with a gentle herbal spiciness coming in later on...aroma is great, but the beer is mediocre...is this filtered?

This Wit had a good blend of spices and wheaty chewiness that I like in Wits. It pours that cloudy golden that so characterizes wits and it was a good beer.
