a tad thin, its got some very few redeeming qualities. wit beer flavors are a bit on the short end. nothing too endearing and not the best by flying dog.

Very good Belgian White, which is my favorite style. Aroma and appearance are exactly what you would expect from a good White beer. The flavor was strong, not too complex.

12 oz. glass bottle- color of hazy yellow, with a decent eggshell colored head - nose of honey, ginger, and lemon – taste of citrus, lemon, egg whites, and spice - body is medium, and with low carbonation – aftertaste of lemon, malt, and grapefruit

Frothy, white head atop a hazy, light yellow body. The aroma yields coriander, grass. lime and a light maltiness. There is a also a slight hint of perfuminess. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. The finish is somewhat dry and has a light bitterness as well. The light to medium body is watery. Decent enough, but doesn’t compare to Hoegaarden.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is mildly malty with some spices (corriander) and light citrus. The flavor is medium sweet with the typical yeast, light citrus, and light spices. On the thin side. Not bad.

Nose of wheat, light citrus, and sawdust. Pours sparkling pale straw. Average lasting frothy white head that leaves fair lace. Balanced front, highly acidic middle. Tart and crisp finish. Medium lively body that is dry and feels astringent at the finish.

Draft-Memphis. It had been a while since I caught the sweet scent of a wheat beer. This is classified as a witbier but I swear it was closer to a baverian hefeweizen. I think it caught the middle of the road with the nose of a hefe and but with the dry finish of a wit.

Appearance: Pours a very faint yellow body with a wispy white head. Smell: Soft wheaty aroma with a bit of citrus and a slew of coriander thrown in. Taste: A doughy wheat flavor charged with a heavy-handed dose of coriander. Tart citrus notes. Chalky finish with a bit more of that tartness. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth, coating mouthfeel. Drinkability: A bit over-spiced for my tastes. There are better witbiers to be found.
