Aroma and appearance are exactly what you would expect from a good White beer. The flavor was strong, not too complex. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA

The aroma yields coriander, grass. lime and a light maltiness. There is a also a slight hint of perfuminess. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. The finish is somewhat dry and has a light bitterness as well. The light to medium body is watery. Decent enough, but doesn’t compare to Hoegaarden. alexsdad06 (1105), Ohio, USA

Average lasting frothy white head that leaves fair lace. Balanced front, highly acidic middle. Tart and crisp finish. Medium lively body that is dry and feels astringent at the finish. This is classified as a witbier but I swear it was closer to a baverian hefeweizen. I think it caught the middle of the road with the nose of a hefe and but with the dry finish of a wit. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 10, 2007 Appearance: Pours a very faint yellow body with a wispy white head.
Smell: Soft wheaty aroma with a bit of citrus and a slew of coriander thrown in.
Taste: A doughy wheat flavor charged with a heavy-handed dose of coriander. Tart citrus notes. Chalky finish with a bit more of that tartness.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth, coating mouthfeel.
Drinkability: A bit over-spiced for my tastes. There are better witbiers to be found.
