Sep 10, 2007 Pretty good white ale. Seemed a little over-spiced at first, but a few sips in and I started enjoying it more and more. Very nice smooth finish with herbal undertones. A nice addition to the Flying Dog line-up.

Sep 10, 2007 Small white head, good retention and some spotty, stringy lace left behind. Murky, orangey white color, nice appearence fer a Wit. Nose is very Wit like, spicey, flowery, lightly vegetal and citrusy. Lightly medium bodied, lightly oily on the palate, coating with a nice soft carbonation. Light wheat flavors, coriander, citrus and a bit doughy, lightly fruity. Fairly dry, lightly tart finish. Surprisingly nice representation of the style, damn near classic. Well done Flying Dog! Sep 9, 2007 Pours a cloudy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, salty, wheat, honey, and mustiness. Flavor of wheat, light citrus, herbs, and yeast with a somewhat chalky, dry finish.

Sep 8, 2007 Very spicy aroma, mostly clove, but nutmeg is well represented too. Milky yellow color, thin white head. Tastes so much of clove that it is almost one dimensional. Underneath the spice, one may find strawberries. Slightly tart, good mouthfeel. Very good hop finish. Pretty enjoyable, but has little balance.

Sep 3, 2007 Poured from a 12oz bottle into a tumbler. This witbier poured a slightly hazy golden color with a minimal off-white head that quickly faded away. No lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of coriander and some bright, orange/citrus notes. The flavor was that of a straight forward witbier. Both the orange peel and coriander were well balanced and not overpowering. The mouthfeel was light-bodied with a good dose of carbonation. This was a very nice example of the style.

Aug 31, 2007 Proper murky witbier appearance, murky and cloudy. Huge soapy coriander nose, soft and fluffy marshmallow and bready yeast. Nice smell, and nice flavor as well. Creamy wheat, sweet lemon pie and marshmallow fluff. Good stuff, maybe a bit too soapy.
