Aug 30, 2007 Pours pleasing light yellow with a large, lacing white head. Nose is coriander, a bit of honey, musty wheat, straw. Flavor is rather watery, with wheat and coriander and muted orange. No hops of course. Very clean finish.

Aug 29, 2007 Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Beverage Warehouse (Winooski, VT). Arôme: Odeur de blé et de citron avec une pointe de clou de Girofle. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux. Saveur: Goût de citron et d’épices avec une pointe de fruité. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Aug 27, 2007 12 bottle. Pour is a very cloudy melon orange with virtually no head after the initial pour. The aroma is the usual wit smells of orange peel and spices. Its attractive enough. Flavor is a creamy blend of the orange peel citrus and some spices. Not a bad little wit.

Aug 26, 2007 Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden body with thin head. Aroma is faint of spices, light corriander. Flavor is bitter, spices, vanilla. Odd off flavors ruined this for me.

Aug 24, 2007 Bottle.......Coriander smell along with a hint something I cant put my finger on. Carbonated, with a hint of vanilla and lemonish orangish flavor.

Aug 24, 2007 Not a bad witbier but never drink this before or after a Hoegaarden, it will suffer by comparison. Wheat presence not as evident, finish a bit thinner. Not a bad beer to drink and better than a Blue Moon..just not great.

Aug 19, 2007 Pours a lightly effervescent very pale golden with an airy, frothy white head. Aroma of pale malt and some coriander spice with mild orange peel fruity notes. Body starts faintly sweet and mild with a decent balance of spices and some bready Belgian yeast toward a thinner, smooth finish. A pretty average witbier that could use a little more sweetness.

Aug 18, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy yellow as a white should be, with a thin white head. Aroma is wheaty and coriander among other spices. Soft wheaty taste with very little spice and a bit lemony.
