Very decent but not outstanding. iowaherkeye (1873), Los Angeles, California, USA

This one is the epitome of cloudy straw and a one finger fairly quickly fading white head. There is some lemon and orange "perfume" is the only way to describe it. Light spicy hops and wheat are also present. Flavor has the same fruity "perfume, " and a nice refreshing tartness from both the fruit and the wheat, and a bit of spicy white pepper. Not really any bitterness. Moderate high carbonation a light body. This is no Unibroue Blanche de Chambly, but it is definitely worth a shot. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 16, 2007 Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium thick creamy white head. The aroma is sour, yeasty, a tad bit of spice, lemony citrus hints. Fairly prominent nose. Flavor is sweet citrus with a slight sour. A bit underpronounced compared to aroma. Slight soft carbonated palate. Not a bad belgian white, just not very good. Drink4Satan (586), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 14, 2007 Pours a hazy straw colour with a very weak, immediately diminishing fizzy white head. Smells like a typical Belgian wit, orange citrus, lemon grass, clove and yeast all are there. The taste is has more spice (pepper) than found in the nose with all the other typical Belgian wit flavours. The mouthfeel is thin and spritzy, adding to its refreshing quality. The carbonation is harsh though, making it hard to drink quickly. Rynoplasty (544), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 12, 2007 Pours a hazy golden with a small non lasting head. Aroma is mild but spicy. Taste is spicy and citrusy as well. Not a bad Wit. SDalkoholic (1198), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 12, 2007 Purchased @ Southbay Liquor. Creates a thick patch of white and khaki colored head up top a hazed glowing yellow. Aroma is significantly light with a small presence of coriander and orange peel but not very much. The flavor is similar to the aroma with more noticeable spice but also a sour grass aftertaste I don’t care for to much. Average and decent for a wit bier but I prefer mine to be more flavorful. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 9, 2007 Semi hazed and pale golden grapefruit in color with a sudsy, milky white head lasting on top. Aroma reaches with starch, lemony cotton, muskrit, marigolds and salt water taffy. Flavor bodes lightly and fluffy, with buoyant carbonation twining with sweet lemon cream pastries. Twangs of lemon soap, dandelion root and husky lemon shards intersperse a lemon lime new york seltzer water flavor. Light bodied and mostly balanced, albeit scaled back. The finish is conjured up by a lemon flavored toasted corn chex character and a clean, mildly soapy afterlife.
