Bottle. High white creamy and lasting head. Hazy light yellow body. Mild apple pear aroma. Leomon apple pear pineapple flavor with low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Mild spiced and crisp wheaty aroma. Spiced and fruity flavoured. Bitter and slight acidic flavoured. Distinct classic Belgian wit with coriander but no orange peel. Dry and spiced finish.

Tap at the Blind Tiger. Very sweet, fruity for a wit. Light notes of yeast and wheat but not much. Not seeing much spice at all, just fruit esters and crappy fermentation by-products.

wit-ish pour with nice white head. Aroma of spice and wheat. Flavor is spicy and wheaty. Frothy mouthfeel with coriander finish. Pretty non descript, average finish. Meh.

Cloudy golden, OK head. Aroma was lots of wheat and a touch of coriander. Flavor matched, with a definitive graininess overriding all else. Did not note any obvious orange component. Fairly clean, focus on the wheat more than anything else. Not an exciting wit.

Bottle... Poured a nice, cloudy orange with a frothy, white head. Spiced citrus fruits and fresh yeasty ester on the nose. Light palate with a bouquet of fruits and malts with some orange peel and a nice yeast and wheat quality. Clove and spiced esters in the finish. Also a little pepper which created a nice balance.
