Jul 15, 2009 Tap at the Blind Tiger. Very sweet, fruity for a wit. Light notes of yeast and wheat but not much. Not seeing much spice at all, just fruit esters and crappy fermentation by-products.

Jul 14, 2009 Cloudy golden, OK head. Aroma was lots of wheat and a touch of coriander. Flavor matched, with a definitive graininess overriding all else. Did not note any obvious orange component. Fairly clean, focus on the wheat more than anything else. Not an exciting wit.

Jul 13, 2009 Bottle... Poured a nice, cloudy orange with a frothy, white head. Spiced citrus fruits and fresh yeasty ester on the nose. Light palate with a bouquet of fruits and malts with some orange peel and a nice yeast and wheat quality. Clove and spiced esters in the finish. Also a little pepper which created a nice balance.
