| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 12, 2004 Phenols, solvents, fruity esters and overly sweet malts combine to form a less than compelling aroma. Clear brown with thin, off-white head that recedes to ring. Fruity. SOme malt apparent. Medium light body. On the thin side in the mouth. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 7, 2004 Bottle. Dark ruby red off white head. Sweet syrupy malt with alcohol and something strange. Hint of spice throughout, bit thin bodied but acceptable. Pleasant but there is something perplexing I cannot place in here that is distracting me from an otherwise nice beer. Mondial 3T (Me).
