Nose of a Belgian blonde ale, with light spicy yeast and lemons, tastes similar, some mild grassy hops and some lemon zest. Nothing too impressive. Prcaus (159), New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 2, 2007 Tap-Dark yellowish coloring, slight head, flavoring balanced, palate medium. Not all that impressive, but goes down really easily. acearl (218), J-Town, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Mar 12, 2007 I must be missing something if this is sophisticated. Dark yellow, very quickly diminishing white head, smells a little better than it tastes but skunky comes to mind. Reminds me of sparkling apple juice or Budweiser with hints of apple. It has a good amount of carbonation. Not a good pale ale, tastes cheap. Mike4686 (120), Bayonne, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 3, 2007 probably one of my favorite pale ales. golden in color and little to no head, easy to drink. RagallachMC (631), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 11, 2007 12oz bottle via trade with Ty5592. Aroma: Biscuity malt, baked apples, floral hops. Appearance: Dark golden in color and slightly hazed. Off-white head was ridiculously huge and long lasting. Good lacing. Flavor: Biscuity and bready malt, light fruitiness (apples, pears, oranges), floral hops, and a touch of grass in the finish. Low bitterness. Slightly sweet finish. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: I actually enjoyed this one alot more than my score suggests. Lacking hop flavor, aroma, and bitterness that a good APA should have. Despite that, there were some nice subtle flavors there that I enjoyed. Not great, but not bad. keepersj12 (816), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 7, 2007 Updated: Feb 16, 2007Had this on tap at a local bar. Not much head by the time it got to the table. Nice flavor and color. Not much aroma. Might become my new beach beer when the weather gets warmer. Prostman (1077), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 3, 2007 This is the a-typical pale ale in most all characteristics. The only thing is that is pours a bit too golden to be a pale ale, but still a good beer nonetheless. Arayaga2 (993), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 2, 2007 Coppery color with thin white head. Aroma practically nil, so taste is only an improvement. Slight fruity taste, with reasonable carbonation. Weak offering.
