Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Poured into pint glass from bottle, a semi-clear gold color with a small, bubbly white head. Aroma was some pine and grassy hops, a bit spicy, with a background of malt and wheat. Taste was largely sour with a touch of bitterness and a subtle, underlying sweetness. A smooth beer with low carbonation; thin and a touch oily. A good beer for the summer, but not too impressive overall.

Good summer brew. Definately on the lighter side. Light aroma of hops along with the taste.

Pretty good brew here... not great but good. Flying Fish doesn’t usually blow me away and... this doesn’t either.

Pours a clear yellow golden color with a small white head. Wheaty aroma with hints of grains and weak malts. Taste is wheaty and grainy with a slight spicy finish. Not a bad hot day brew, but nothing special.

Clear amber/yellow with a medium head; quickly dissipating. Fair lacing. Aroma of apple, sweet malt and grass hops. Taste of spicy hops and sweet malts. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Medium to light body. Dry finish. Under-rated, IMO.

Pours golden with a small frothy off-white head. Light tropical fruit aroma, with a hint of hop spice. Light flavor of watery citric fruit, and a bit of hop spiciness. Palate is light and dry, with a very slight acidity, but watery overall. Sure it’d be okay in the summer, but there are better choices for a light and easy drinking brew.
