May 20, 2005 on tap-a nice golden color. A white head that reduced to minimal. Aroma-hoppy, flavor-hoppy. Towards crisp/dry. Not complex, nice.

May 18, 2005 Generic beer aroma with a mild apricot smell. Taste is the same, only watery with a slight salty taste. It’s basically a light beer that you might drink instead of a fruit infused seltzer.

May 16, 2005 Pours a golden color....actually looked lighter at the outset....hadn’t noticed that before... Small head that had just a hint of lacing. Aroma is of straw/grasss.....
nothing special there. Taste has hints of hops and just a little citrus at the end. I could see drinking a crisp ale like this on a summer day.

May 14, 2005 tap at andy’s, pale golden with a creamy white head. aroma is grassy with a little citrus tone. flavor was very boring, a little bit of malts and a slightly hoppy finish. i didnt get any of the spicyness i was told to expect. i thought this was pretty boring and would never stand it up next to even hennipin or heavyweight dark.

May 14, 2005 Tap. Golden/yellow color with a good sized white head. Yeasty, citrusy aroma. Flavor was somewhat mild. A bit sweet at first then turning tart. Some yeast and spices in there too.

Apr 20, 2005 Pours clear amber with a fluffy white head that fades to a thin layer. Aroma is subtle and of apple/pear, butter, a very very mild barnyard. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Not bad just very mild and uncomplicated for a saison.
