Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Had this one bottled in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Dark yellow pour with a nice lacey white head. Wheaty, malty nose with a lemon and banana nose, some fruitiness and a mild finish. Good bite.

Clear golden with very little head and faint grain aroma. Dry grassy flavor, tastes ’green’ and a bit of an acidic bite but not much to scream about here.

I was very disappointed with this beer.It had a very light citrus, aroma The appearance was almost like a Coors Light a clear, golden, color with a very almost none existent , head. with a very light citrus taste. The only thing i did enjoy about it was it’s clean crisp finish. I had this on tap. at Tony’s Place in ivyland pa.

Gold with creamy white head and lace. Wheat malt aroma with lemon and banana. A bit of a fruit like flavor and a decent/mild finish. Medium bodied with medium carbonation nice all round beer for me.

Tap in July 2008: Pours a transparent deep golden with a thin coating of white head. Aroma of lightly toasted grainy malts and some earthy European hops. Body starts about average for the style with some effervescent carbonation and mild sweetness drying out toward a more bitter, slightly earthy finish. Seems more of a Vienna than a farmhouse ale, but pretty drinkable.

Pours clear with a golden apple juice color. There is minimal smell with a faint hint of fruit and spice. Taste of lemon and apples with aspects of wheat, rye, and grass. Very refreshing for a summer day, reminds me of being outdoors.

I was actually disappointed by this brew. It is rather bitter for a summer beer and it does not have a wheat flavor like I was hoping. Won’t waste my money on this one in the future.

I wish this were my every day beer. A very nice wheaty beer with that great bready finish I love. Appearance and aroma were not spectacular, but this is definitely a well put-together wheat ale.
