Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Kind of fuzzy yellow color with some wheat and floral in the aroma. Kind of watered down, but some wheat amd malt in the flavor. Somewhat light as well. Overall not bad, but kind of too watered down for my liking.

This beer is a pale gold/yellow color and is mildly bubbly. Thin off-white head that did not last. The aroma is wheaty and vaguely spiced. Light and crisp with a nice hops presence along with more spice and a little citrus. The finish is a little on the sweet side but has a small hops bite to it. Kudos to Flying Fish for actually making a Summer Ale with some flavor other than lemon.

Sparkling clear, very light, straw-colored beer. The quickly disappearing head leaves fair lacework. A mild brew in both aroma and flavor. A touch buttery with hints of butterscotch and grass. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Call it a Saison if you like, but to me it tastes and feels like any other mild British style brew. Absolutely not spectacular. Refreshing, though. Brewed to be enjoyed during the hot Summer months.

Minimal aroma, small head. Good color. Stays bitter the whole time. Overall a mild beer.

Light brown to off-white in color. Wheat is noticable both in flavor and aroma. Kind of thin and not a very good finish, no real flavor.

Pale straw lored with a nose of pear. Not stellar. Slight, slight banana. Some grass. Sorta "kolsch"-ish and that is nod good for this style. Lacks any spice.

Somebody wrote that this beer tasted similar to Heineken - I agree, but I think it is on the south side of Heineken. Not terrible, but I dove head first into a barrel for my Fountain of Life and regreted it. A case of it would have been nice, but a barrel - hoy!
