| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 22, 2008 I was not too fond of this beer. The smell was a nice hoppy smell, with a bit of hop. The appearance was a large, creamy white head with a golden tone. The flavor just was not good... Better palate then most "summer beers" but I was a fan of the ’Spicy Hop’. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Nice golden color. A light and refreshing combination of wheat and malt. Nice hoppy finish. Extremely refreshing for a beer with this kind of flavor. sinkr (212), Lusby, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 26, 2008 Draft->plastic cup (tasting@brewery): Pours a huge, frothy head that exhibits good lacing atop of a yellow body. Aroma is of grain, celery, sweat, and vegetables. The body is medium, sticky texture, average carbonation with an astringent finish. The flavor is average, lightly sweet, acidic, and bitter with a finish of vinegar.
Not a favorite of mine, but this beer is an OK drink, especially if you’re handed one at a party.
