Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Pours a clear gold. Crème head. Nose is bland. Flavor is bitter. No saison qualities at all. Basically tastes like a metallic toned lager. Massive metallic aftertaste. Feel is not saison like at all. Thin and watery on the liquid. If this is a saison, then I have three feet. A complete miss of the mark (IMO) that holds no qualities that the well known saisons do. I didn’t enjoy it at all and ended up dumping the majority of it.

GABF ’07. Pours yellow with an average, creamy, off-white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, hay, straw, meal), light hops (grass), average yeast (horse blanket, barnyard) with notes of clove and dust. Light bodied, oily texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Golden with nice medcium head. Nice easy drinking with just a touch of spicey hops. Could keep coming back to this on a hot day.

Draft at Good Dog in Philly, pour is gold with a thin head, not much going on in aroma for me, taste was light boardering on macro beer taste. Not a fan.

12 oz bottle split with Pwn3d. Surprised to discover that this beer was not an american wheat but in fact was actually a saison. It was crisp and refreshing. Aroma was nice. Body was light orange- yellow.

Draft at Simon Pearce Restaurant, West Chester, PA...pours medium gold in color, no head (by the time I got it)...very faint aroma of earthy fruits...taste was light, crisp, quite fizzy...refreshing while extremely cold, but otherwise just OK.
