Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

A good summer ale. Ssm Adams makes a good one, this one, isn’t as good as it, but It is good indeed still. Great for, take a guess...a summers day or night.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, malt syrup), lightly hoppy (herbs, flowers), with a light note of gum. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not too bad, really, but it also isn’t trying too hard to impress. It doesn’t have much by way of yeast characteristics, and the aromas are light overall, but it’s nicely dry and respectably low in alcohol. The malt character is a bit raw.

Pale gold appearance with a medium size white head and little lacing. Low keyed, gently spiced, grassy, wheaty aroma. A touch of sweetness in the taste along with some light fruitiness. Turns drier and more herbal as it finishes. Light-to-medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Refreshing.

Pours and looks only a tad darker than a macro. Aroma is of grain, malt, and some hops. Flavor is very grainy with some wheat and woody hop bitterness. Dry, refreshing. Not really getting much out of this one, especially for a Saison.
