pilsner with adjunct flavors.has a little sour finish to it.Good brew for sitting on the dock and fishing.

Sep 19, 2007 Golden with nice medcium head. Nice easy drinking with just a touch of spicey hops. Could keep coming back to this on a hot day.

Mar 10, 2008 July 2007 - Golden color, crystal clear, very little head and a smidge of lacing. Aroma of dirty sweatsocks. Flavor was musty and funky...the aforementioned sweatsocks coming to mind. Almost no fruity sweetness. Not very good.

Jul 8, 2009 Had this one bottled in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Dark yellow pour with a nice lacey white head. Wheaty, malty nose with a lemon and banana nose, some fruitiness and a mild finish. Good bite.

Aroma - Honey, light toasted grain, few earthy notes, distant spice
Appearance - Clear gold, rather meager foamy white head that collapses rapidly, without much lace
Flavor - Light malty sweetness barely comes into play, as a soft bitterness starts quickly, and continues into a pleasing dry finish.
Palate - Light body, medium carbonation, crisp and dry, leaving a very clean palate
Overall - Pleasant enough for a refresher, but without much depth or interest. Fairly bland for a saison.

Jun 17, 2001 Light straw colour, slightly cloudy. Tart, thirst quenching, slightly bitteron the finish. Very earthy undertones. Slightly sour too? Complex and interesting for such a light bodied beer.

May 7, 2005 Yellowish, clear, moderate white head, lightly hoppy aroma, flavor is light , subdued, slightly spicy with a touch of sweetness, watery mouthfeel, not very exciting, refreshing on a hot day... i guess.

May 27, 2007 From tap pours golden with lots of head. Nice flavor with a litle hoppy flavor. Nice smooth finish.
