Commercial Description:
A tribute to the highly drinkable ""every day"" beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Dry quenching finish achieved by use of the traditional sour mash process

Bottle found in the fridge. Pours out a hazy light golden color with a moderate white head, well carbonated. Aroma of some grassy and citrus hops with slight fruit. Taste is refreshing, citrus and grassy notes in the flavor with some underlying earthy tones and maybe even some fruit. Definitely drinkable.

12 oz bottle split with Jredmond, also had draft in LBI, NJ. It was crisp and refreshing. Aroma was nice. Body was light orange- yellow. Enjoyable tangy finish. .

12oz bottle, at my cousin’s wedding. color is golden straw, just a little cloudy. white short thick foamy head. aroma is a little appleish, malty sweet and a little grainy. light yeast too. flavor is a llttle witty - some sweet wheat malt and a bit of bubblegum, then light yeast and faint spice. kind of bready finish. nice to celebrate a wedding on the second very hot and humid day of the year!

this should be a favorite summer brew as it represents great things in beer. it is pleasantly clean and sweet tasting and the sweetness is genuine. it has a very good hop aroma and taste for a summer brew. the body and yeastiness is moderate and just right for summer with the most pleasant citrus notes i have tasted in a summer brew. the balance is fine. just velvety enough to still remain refreshing. seems easy now for brewers to just knock you over the head with volume, yet clearly more beer drinkers are looking for quality and subtle refinment particularly in the summer. this years 2008 is no dissapointment. treat yourself if you find it in the cask!

Light gold body, no head. Slightly grassy aroma with a mild, malty flavor. While there was notihng really wrong with this, I just found it much too bland and uninteresting.

12 oz bottle split with Pwn3d. Surprised to discover that this beer was not an american wheat but in fact was actually a saison. It was crisp and refreshing. Aroma was nice. Body was light orange- yellow.

Clear amber/yellow with a medium head; quickly dissipating. Fair lacing. Aroma of apple, sweet malt and grass hops. Taste of spicy hops and sweet malts. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Medium to light body. Dry finish. Under-rated, IMO.

"Nice summer beer, poured a nice golden color with an average white head. Just a little lacing. Tasted of citrus, not to strong and some hops, very well balanced beer. WOuld have again. "
